Hood Council Meeting Minutes - Pre Rounds
From the Desk of Mayor Bill Coleman (61)
As I have entered Elder status it is now time to choose a new Mayor. Since I have been in office, the city has seen an increase in population. As such, we will also choose a new hood council to represent the city.
Hood Council
One of the last changes we have made is decreasing the number of members on the council from nine to six. Therefore, the new Hood Council will be elected Advisors overseeing the following six departments:
Defense, City Planning and Finance, Law and Social Services, Education, Medicine and Science, and Community Arts and Recreation.
Elections
Advisor selection is based on the candidate's community score. The community score is a total of the candidate's
skills,
interests and
personality in each departmental area.
Mayor & Department of Defense = (Politics, Crime, Logic, Outgoing, Charisma)/5
City Planning and Finance = (Politics, Logic, Creativity, Money)/4
Law and Social Services = (Politics, Crime, Logic, Charisma)/4
Education = (Politics, Logic, School, Culture)/4
